We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help both guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food service standards is beneficial.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  Pay: $11.00 - $24.22 per hour

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods, ensuring timely seating for all guests.
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls professionally, taking reservations and answering questions regarding the restaurant.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area.
• Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly.
