REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to help both guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of food service standards is beneficial.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
