Essential Duties: Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Passionately deliver refined, seamless service. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times. Welcome guests to the unique dining experience. Assign guests to suitable tables and according to guidelines for server rotation. Share the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the restaurant to our guests. Respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification. Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more. Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10+ pounds frequently. Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask. 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
