The Courtney Room is seeking successful candidates for the role of Restaurant Host.

JOB SUMMARY

Duties in all roles include but are not limited to:

• Taking reservations and checking bookings.
• Preparing and organizing the seating plan for the evening.
• Welcoming and seating guests.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining menus.
• Assisting servers in performing a flawless service.
• Performing opening and closing duties for your position.
• Adhering to service standards and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Previous experience in a fine dining environment is an asset
• Preference given to candidates available Thursday and Friday evenings
