• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanour

Experience:

• HOSTESS UAE: 1 year (Required)

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage reservation system and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Coordinate with servers to ensure tables are ready for seating
• Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant
• Monitor the dining area to ensure smooth guest flow
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints politely and promptly
• Communicate with kitchen and serving staff as needed
