Its celebrated restaurant, DaV Mare, embodies all the pleasures of piazzetta living through refined cuisine, curated in partnership with the 3-Michelin-star Cerea family. Awash with nautical spirit, our gem on the Italian Riviera celebrates the art of Ligurian living in its purest form. We are looking for a Restaurant Hostess intern to join our restaurant team from 1st November 2025 to 6th January 2026. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. Main duties & responsibilities: Managing telephone reservations Welcoming customers upon arrival Escorting customers to the reserved table Handling of any needs (checkroom service etc.) Assisting with information requests Previous experience in the same role is a plus Good communication skills Excellent team work skills Fluency in English at a professional level and preferably one additional language Attention to detail Other requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background Learning and development programmes Food allowance for each worked day

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Hostess intern will manage telephone reservations, welcome customers upon arrival, and escort them to their reserved tables. Additionally, they will handle customer needs and assist with information requests.
