JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive at our restaurant. Your primary role will be to support the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the dining room staff and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reservation management software and familiarity with restaurant POS systems.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the brand image of the restaurant.
  • Fluency in English required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
