JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in the restaurant with hands-on experience in payroll, staff management, employee engagement, and in-house recruitment. Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male candidate (as per the operational requirement).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR management experience in the restaurant industry in India, Dubai or any overseas country.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll systems, and HR practices.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, especially in-house hiring based on manpower needs.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and diverse workforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
