Competitive Pay & Perks You’ll Love:

  • $52,000 - $65,000 per year + Tip Pool Share

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

✅ Kitchen Leadership Experience: Minimum 1+ years in a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager role (or equivalent restaurant leadership). You’ve led kitchen teams, upheld food quality standards, and ensured smooth kitchen operations.
✅ Culinary Expertise: You’re passionate about great food, follow recipe execution to perfection, and take pride in delivering high-quality dishes every time.
✅ Team Builder & Mentor: You know how to motivate, train, and develop a top-performing kitchen crew, keeping morale high and performance even higher.
✅ Operational Mastery: You understand the numbers—from food costs and labor management to inventory control and production planning, you know how to run an efficient, profitable kitchen.
✅ Problem-Solving Pro: Whether it’s handling a rush, resolving team challenges, or improving food production flow, you’re a quick thinker and a cool-headed decision-maker.
