QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of management or leadership experience in restaurant operations.
  • Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism from team
  • Hire, train, schedule, and lead all kitchen staff
  • Maintain high food quality and preparation standards for all menu items
  • Manage food inventory, place orders, and monitor stock rotation
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including food temperatures and sanitation
  • Fill in as needed in kitchen roles to maintain operations
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to daily cleaning routines
  • Track and reduce food waste through portion control and documentation
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including the industrial dishwasher
  • Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency
