ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Restaurant Leader at Kickin’Inn, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant in NSW, QLD, SA & WA. This full-time role will see you overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training and performance management
• Ensure excellent guest service and a seamless dining experience for guests
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and control restaurant inventory, costs and budgets
• Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures
  Support the overall strategic direction of the restaurant and contribute to its growth
