Our Team Members receive: Pay Range $16.50 - $17.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $3.75 - $4.50 per hour (based on other N.CA Urban Plates restaurant locations) 75% off meals Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Restaurant Line Cook - Grill, Carve, Bowls: Primary Responsibilities: A Line Cook - Hot Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high-quality foods, on the “Hot Side” of the line; primarily in the Bowls, Carve/ Grill, Soup, Braise stations in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures. Responsibilities
