Expected Behaviors: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. Responsibilities

The Restaurant Line Cook is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of high-quality foods on the Cold Side of the line, primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station. This role requires adherence to Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures to ensure visually appealing food.
