Our Team Members receive: Pay Range $16.50 - $17.00 per hour PLUS estimated average tips per hour of $3.75 - $4.50 per hour (based on other N.CA Urban Plates restaurant locations) 75% off meals Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Restaurant Line Cook - Salad and Sandwich: Primary Responsibilities: A Restaurant Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the “Cold Side” of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures. Expected Behaviors: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. The ability to consistently maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance and demeanor. Must have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest. Responsibilities
