Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant and lounge operations to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, including evening and split shifts as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to ensure consistency in service and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
  • Hire and onboard new team members, providing clear direction and leadership.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and guest needs.
  • Be flexible and available to cover shifts when needed, including weekends and mornings.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up as necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous records of restaurant transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance restaurant performance and profitability.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of restaurant equipment and machinery by coordinating maintenance and repair tasks.
