We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of equipment, appliances, and the general facility to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid UAE Driving License required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance/technician role (hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit (able to lift, climb ladders, and perform hands-on repairs).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators), electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure proper operation of lighting, water supply, drainage systems, and other utilities.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components, including fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report major issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times.
• Perform general facility upkeep tasks such as painting, carpentry, basic masonry, and cleaning of mechanical areas.
• Be available on-call for emergency repairs outside of standard working hours, if needed.
