Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry.
  • Golf course experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
  • WSET1 preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control in a restaurant setting

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Supervise kitchen and front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Create staff schedules in line with labour budget.
  • Control liquor inventory and has wine knowledge.
  • Daily Sales Report & Weekly Reports submitted on time.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
