RESTAURANT MANAGER SKILLS: RESTAURANT MANAGER We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our  HOA Culinary  team in Winauma, FLORIDA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing a restaurant. JOB DUTIES: * Oversee daily operations of the restaurant * Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner * Maintain a clean and organized restaurant REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * ServSafe Certified * High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
