Job Description At SLS Red Sea, the Restaurant Manager is the driving force behind the venue’s operational success, guest experience, and team performance. With a flair for detail, leadership, and service excellence, this role leads the day-to-day operations of one of our signature venues from planning and execution to innovation and engagement. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, this role is accountable for upholding the SLS vision, curating memorable dining moments, and ensuring the outlet’s profitability, compliance, and vibrancy. Duties & Functions: Lead the team in delivering a consistently elevated, engaging, and dynamic guest experience in line with SLS brand values. Act as the face of the outlet, maintaining a constant presence during service and cultivating strong guest relationships. Handle guest feedback and complaints swiftly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination across floor, bar, and support areas. Ensure outlet ambiance, service delivery, and product presentation meet brand standards at all times. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards in line with health and safety regulations and local compliance laws. Liaise with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to maintain the venue’s physical environment to luxury-lifestyle standards. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of supervisors, waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders. Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and consistent performance management of team members. Ensure all team members are trained in service standards, menu knowledge, guest interaction, and compliance protocols. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager within luxury hotels, upscale dining, or lifestyle concepts. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong understanding of service excellence, guest experience delivery, and operational standards. Solid financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage), with a polished and professional presence aligned with the SLS brand.
