Job Description Restaurant Manager The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent guest service, efficient team performance, and profitable business results. This role involves managing a team, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and creating a positive dining experience. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally Monitor inventory, place orders, and control beverage and labor costs Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations Manage cash handling, sales reports, and basic budgeting Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service Implement company policies and procedures consistently Additional Information Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management within Middle Eastern region Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Basic financial and inventory management skills Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
