Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for motivated Restaurant Managers to manage our restaurants, support our teams, and grow the brand with us.

YOUR TASKS

You will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant
  • Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth
  • Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
  • Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
  • Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
  • Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards
  • Supervise and coach team members to grow with us.
