Description Wanted…… An Executive Chef Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners Association has an immediate need for an Executive Chef to lead and direct our 2 on-site restaurants. Our primary restaurant is named The Cove and is located on our beautiful waterfront. It has indoor seating capacity for approximately 80 guests with another 25 seats available on our outdoor lakeside deck. The kitchen and dining room are fully furnished and ready for a Spring opening. Customers arrive by car, boat and UTV to enjoy the million dollar view across the lake. The other restaurant is our ProShop which is associated with our 9-hole highly rated golf course. It is smaller in scope than The Cove and has a seating capacity of approximately 40 guests. Both The Cove and the ProShop are open to Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners and also the general public. Our restaurants have a long history of serving great food in a casual environment. We are located just 15 miles east the popular tourist destination of Galena, Illinois. Responsibilities
