As a Venue Manager of Light Years Burleigh, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that Light Years continues to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll lead, train and positively inspire the team, oversee floor operations, and take responsibility for guest relations, all while ensuring the venue runs smoothly.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in a high-volume venue.

• A strong customer service focus and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and staff.
• A genuine passion for food, drinks, and the hospitality industry.
