The RM will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for hospitality.    Key Responsibilities:  * Operational Management:  * Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.  * Ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds quality, service, and cleanliness standards.  * Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals.  * Responsible for payroll.   * Staff Leadership:  * Recruit, train, and develop staff, including servers, bartenders, runners, hosts and all FOH positions.  * Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages team cohesion and professional growth.  * Implement performance evaluations and address any staff issues promptly and effectively.  * Monitor adherence to SOP’s and training guidelines.   * Customer Service:  * Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.  * Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat business.  * Financial Management:  * Work with the Director of F&B to manage the restaurant’s budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.  * Work with the Director of F&B to monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and profitability.  * Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.  * Marketing and Promotion:  * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events.  * Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the restaurant.  * Compliance and Safety:  * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.  * Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the restaurant operates within legal and company guidelines.    Salary : 80k-85k / Annually
