- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Supervise staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate catering events and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service
- Assist in hotel-related functions as needed to support overall business operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food service regulations and health standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and POS software
