We are currently seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Manager to lead this iconic venue. As Restaurant Manager, you will lead by example – orchestrating seamless service, cultivating a culture of excellence, and empowering your Ladies and Gentlemen to anticipate the unexpressed wishes of our guests. With a keen eye for detail, strong business acumen, and an innate sense of luxury hospitality, you will oversee daily operations, drive guest engagement, and collaborate closely with culinary and hotel leadership to elevate Atria as one of Melbourne’s premier dining destinations.

Responsibilities
  • Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.
  • Recognizes good quality products and presentations.
  • Supervises daily shift operations in absence of Assistant Restaurant Manager.
  • Oversees the financial aspects of the department including purchasing and payment of invoices
