SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.

TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (not always required).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
