What You'll Do * Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence. * Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality. * Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service, quality, and accountability. * Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and departmental budgets. * Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and brand standards. * Partner with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals. * Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating positive, lasting impressions. * Monitor inventory, ordering, payroll, and operating expenses to maximize efficiency and profitability. What We're Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. * Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience. * ServSafe or Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain). * Knowledge of food and beverage operations, labor management, and cost controls. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * TIPS/Alcohol Awareness Certification and bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
