An established independent restaurant group is looking for a Group Restaurant Manager to oversee service and people across three London restaurants.The role covers three sites, working closely with the Operations Manager and three Restaurant Managers.This is a floor-first position. Around 80% of your time will be spent in service, coaching teams and supporting Restaurant Managers, with the remaining 20% focused on onboarding, training and people development.
