As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force of our culinary success. You’ll manage daily operations, inspire and lead the team, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience with impeccable service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Being a hands-on Restaurant manager who leads by example and delivers excellent customer service
· Manging daily operations including reservations, service standards and stock control
· Managing staff rotas according to business needs.
· Develop strong relationships with the other hotel departments, working together to achieve team goals and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure excellent food service and quality every time
· Cash handling
