We're now looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to help lead our front of house team.

The Opportunity

This is more than a floor manager role.

You'll be responsible for all aspects of our front of house operation from rostering and recruitment through to training and day-to-day service standards. Working alongside our General Manager and leadership team, you'll take ownership of the guest experience, lead service from the floor and help develop a high-performing team that delivers consistently exceptional hospitality.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys leading people, loves great food and wine and thrives in busy service.

Please note this role requires working public holidays as well as Saturdays and Sundays, in line with our trading hours.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead lunch and dinner service with confidence and energy
• Create memorable guest experiences and build genuine relationships with regulars
• Own recruitment and onboarding for the front of house team
• Deliver regular, ongoing staff training to build a knowledgeable, high-functioning team
• Manage rostering in line with labour budgets
• Support, coach and develop the team day-to-day, driving service standards and attention to detail across every shift
• Manage bookings and maximise the dining experience alongside the reservations team
• Work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
• Help build a positive, high-performing team culture

About You

You'll be someone who leads from the floor rather than the office.

You'll bring:

• Minimum three years' management experience in a premium restaurant
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and training front of house staff
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong food and wine knowledge
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• The ability to remain calm and positive during busy service
• Availability to work public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays
• A current RSA
