We are now looking for a new Restaurant Manager for our Brasserie Kontrast.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in the Food & Beverage industry
• A passion for leading others, and developing talents
• High organizational skills & great attention to details
• You are environmentally aware and focused on social responsibility
• Your English is fluent and it’s great if you speak a Scandinavian language and have additional language skills

• In charge of the daily service operations of Brasserie Kontrast
• Staff planning & cost management for the department
• Hiring, Coaching and Leading the team
• Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction
• Finding ways to deliver the little extra
• Follow up of routines and structures in the departments
• End of month duties
  The position includes daytime, nighttime & weekend shifts and it is expected that you play an active part in the operations.
