We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to effectively lead the Restaurant Team at the Brig O Doon House Hotel.
As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the heart of our dining operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless service and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and professional work environment
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including guest service, table management, and order flow

• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
