JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, food preparation, and customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience with POS systems, specifically Micros POS is preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
  • Background in food preparation, cooking, or barista experience is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
