Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll work directly with the founder and take the reins on day-to-day operations — helping to lead the team, maintain standards, and drive service. You’ll be on the floor, hands-on, and setting the tone. Butterleaf will rely on you to deliver the exceptional customer experience that we have become known for.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-first fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a brand on the rise.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be a role model for the team and lead by example during service
  • Support hiring, training, and development of front and back-of-house staff
  • Keep service tight: from prepping and assembling bowls to running a smooth shift
  • Maintain Butterleaf’s high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Assist with inventory, stock control, and ordering
  • Work closely with the manager to improve systems and scale our impact
