JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional fine dining experiences, and a genuine interest in taking responsibility for the restaurant’s continued success. You should be someone who keeps up to date with current trends in the fine dining scene and who has a strong appreciation for low-intervention and biodynamic wines, which form a core part of our drinks offering.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role within a Michelin recommended restaurant is essential, with a strong understanding of food and drink trends, both classic and contemporary.
  • Interest in low-intervention and biodynamic wines is highly desirable.
  • Skills and qualifications in wine and bartending are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff effectively and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is preferred, demonstrating an ability to lead with confidence.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills are required to foster a positive work environment.
