We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and lighthearted (fun) Restaurant Manager to join Cassette’s growing team. The ideal candidate is humble, hardworking, intuitive and solution minded. They are committed to learning, improving, working with a team and growing a team.
The successful candidate must be committed to delivering lighthearted, but seriously good service to every guest, while being motivated to make the team around them more knowledgeable and well equipped at delivering the service we expect. The successful candidate will help Cassette and its sister companies continue to expand.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor or management role in a full service restaurant.
• You are self motivated and want to grow and develop in the hospitality industry.
• A background in team sports is an asset.
• A passion for food and beverage.
• Enjoy learning and are willing to accept feedback.
• The ability to legally work in Canada

• Support the owner in achieving sales and profitability metrics.
• Constantly look for ways to grow sales.
• Work with the owner and managers to hire, develop and retain great servers and future leaders.
• Are a cheerleader for the business and to the team.
• Are a strong communicator who is positive, outgoing and energetic, while holding yourself and others accountable to Cassette’s standards.
• Are responsible for all front of house routines and rhythms that contribute to a successful service.
• You are responsible for the onboarding of new employees and ongoing training and development of front of house employees.
