Description SaddleBrooke Two is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning team and lead the MountainView Bar & Grill team. The restaurants at SaddleBrooke Two are a cornerstone in the community, where both members and guests enjoy great food in a social atmosphere, with a spectacular view of the Santa Catalina Mountains. What You’ll Do: As a member of the Food and Beverage team, the MountainView Bar and Grill restaurant manager ensures members and guests enjoy a unique SaddleBrooke Two dining experience. The manager builds professional relationships with members and guests; is a constant and visible presence during service; and promotes excellent customer service. The manager is responsible for: Ensure the daily operation of an efficient customer service driven dining, bar, and banquet operation. Work as a liaison between dining room and kitchen staff. Maintain labor costs, and purchasing, receiving, and checking in orders, and inventory of liquor and other supplies to ensure the restaurant is operating within the budgetary guidelines. Interview, hire, train, schedule and assist with disciplinary actions for front of the house staff to best meet guest expectations. Promote safe workplace practices. Manage the reservation system, and dine-in and carry-out guest services efficiently Respond to customer complaints and comments. Perform closing activities, reconcile banks during the shift. Produce post-shift report. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements 3+ years Food & Beverage experience. Prior supervisory experience.
