Cavo Tagoo is a unique 5-star luxury hotel in Santorini, impressively built into the island’s natural rocky landscape, and is preparing a new, distinctive Italian gastronomic project. We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for the 2026 season. Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience. Ensure effective coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, and other hotel departments. Handle guest relations and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Monitor service quality, presentation, and consistency in line with brand standards. Manage manpower planning, supplies, and operational needs to support smooth daily operations. Participate in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to optimize performance. Conduct regular training and pre-shift briefings to maintain high service standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Prepare operational reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. Two to four years’ experience in same or similar position Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic computer skills. Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.
