JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and restaurant management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of quality in both food preparation and service.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Micros POS is preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues amicably.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous; barista experience is also a plus.
