GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE LEADERSHIP

  • Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction across all meal periods
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Timberlake’s Restaurant, bar, and patio dining areas
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain an active and visible presence on the floor to support service and coaching

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience required; resort or upscale dining experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and health/safety regulations
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
