JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our new team in our new restaurant SALA61. This position oversees the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, managing staff, and maximizing profitability. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
