OVERVIEW

We are seeking a career oriented Restaurant Manager to assist with overseeing daily operations of our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining environments, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for creating stellar guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, adhering to health policy standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, hiring and training new staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience in interviewing and training staff members is preferred.
  • Background in bartending or cooking is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
