We’re searching for a Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations and ensure outstanding service, operational excellence, and exceptional dining experiences at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service delivery ● Supervising and motivating restaurant colleagues to maintain exceptional service standards and create memorable dining experiences ● Monitoring food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction in line with hotel and brand standards ● Coordinating closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and other operational teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations ● Handling guest feedback, special requests, and service recovery situations professionally and promptly ● Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, stock control, and departmental cost management initiatives ● Supporting recruitment, training, coaching, and development of restaurant team members to maintain a positive and high-performing work environment ● Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, responsible alcohol service, and workplace standards as required by local regulations What We need from you: ● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred ● Minimum 5–7 years of Food & Beverage experience within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment, including supervisory or managerial experience preferred ● Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and food & beverage practices ● Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills ● Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment ● Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, inventory management, and operational reporting preferred ● Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards as required by local regulations What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
