MSC Cruises is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operations on board. If you have previous cruise ship experience, excellent leadership skills, and fluency in English and German, we want you on our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager on a cruise ship (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fine dining and buffet service standards.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards.
  • Manage and train the restaurant team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
