JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Able to handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Warm, approachable, and always ready with a smile
Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and supervise front-line staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Drive restaurant performance through effective marketing and promotions
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies
  • Develop and manage staff rosters effectively
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Cultivate a welcoming environment and engage with guests personally
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, staffing, and operational KPIs
  • Set clear performance targets and motivate the team to achieve goals
  • Maintain documentation and handle administrative duties
