This role is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of an atmospheric dining space steeped in history, offering guests an unforgettable culinary experience.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Restaurant’s daily operations. You’ll lead a passionate front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest interactions. A key member of the senior team, you will work closely with the kitchen and events departments to uphold high standards and deliver consistently exceptional dining experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead daily operations of the Restaurant, ensuring smooth, high-quality service
  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated front-of-house team
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain standards of food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Respond to guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Work alongside the Events and Weddings team to coordinate private dining and functions
  • Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and ordering processes
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, helping to meet revenue and cost control targets
  • Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus, wine pairings, and special promotions
