DELIFONSECA

We are an independent deli, bar and restaurant that brings together and celebrates local produce and international cuisine in the heart of Liverpool. We offer breakfast, brunch and evening menus. The restaurant currently operates for breakfast and lunch Tuesday to Sunday, with evening service on Friday and Saturday.
We are looking for passionate and talented Manager who will form the core of the operations and will work along with the CEO and General Manager to help our operations, someone who is excited about good food, culinary items, and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in care and respect.
We work hard at Delifonseca to cultivate and maintain a collaborative and encouraging environment, providing the best possible quality of our products to our customers.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing the overall operation of the restaurant on a daily basis such as staffing, financial performance, stock levels, deliveries, maintenance etc.
  • Working with our management team to ensure that the passion for our brand, the delivery of our services and the quality of our product is passed onto and instilled in all new and existing staff.
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining standards in all aspects of our operation such as presentation & cleanliness, health & safety compliance, quality control etc.
  • Helping implement new products, menus and pricing policies.
  • Dealing with purchase orders, stock deliveries and quality control of all products for the restaurant.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Communication with senior management on a regular basis in regard to takings, staffing issues etc.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Hospitality Management experience.

  • Strong financial acumen-the ability to control cost, waste and plan budgets.
