· Work as part of a team in the dining and bar areas.
· Manage customers in a bistro which seats 200 people.
· Greet customers and take reservations and orders.
· Liaise with Chefs and Cooks regarding menu specials.
· Monitor the quality of meals and drinks services.
· Ensure the restaurant and bar areas comply with health regulations.
· Stocktake restaurant and bar items and order stock.
· Open and close the venue.
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food.
· Receive payments and manage Point-Of-Sale.
· Supervise and train staff.
· Plan and manage functions.
· Oversee kitchen staff and collaborate with menu preparation and food planning.
· Other general restaurant and bar duties as required.
