We are more than a restaurant—we are a neighborhood destination for authentic Northern Italian cuisine, curated wines, and memorable private events.
About the Role:
This is a dual-position that blends day-to-day restaurant management with event planning and coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a love for hospitality. You will oversee daily service operations while also working directly with clients to book, plan, and execute private events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Hire, train, and schedule FOH staff while maintaining a positive, professional culture
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and ownership on menu updates, promotions, and seasonal offerings
  • Develop and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring personalized service and repeat business
  • Manage event inquiries, tours, proposals, contracts, and execution from start to finish
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver seamless private dining and event experiences
  • Monitor financial performance, including labor, sales, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, upscale environment
  • Event planning/coordination experience highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both guest-facing and with staff)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine, and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
