Position Description Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of its restaurants in Samos. The ideal candidate will maintain service excellence, uphold brand standards, lead and develop the service team, and support the delivery of memorable dining experiences. This is a full-time, seasonal role. Reports to Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations Maintain service quality aligned with Doryssa’s brand philosophy Lead, train, and develop the restaurant team Oversee staffing, scheduling, and task allocation Support menu knowledge, service techniques, and guest engagement Handle guest interactions and feedback with professionalism Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure product quality and presentation Monitor stock levels, cost control measures, and inventory procedures Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards Maintain strong presence during service for both staff support and guest satisfaction Assist in organizing special events and culinary activities Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent understanding of service standards and dining operations Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure Guest-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities Seasonal contract in a dynamic and inspiring work environment Single accommodation and three meals per day Competitive salary
